Ideal candidate should have worked as a Veneer Salesman for a period of atleast 2 years. Valid driving license is a must for potential candidates.

Job Description



  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities by identifying potential customers and projects that require veneer products.




  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, furniture manufacturers, and other potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.




  3. Product Knowledge and Presentation: Develop a deep understanding of the veneer products offered by your company, including their characteristics, grades, species, and applications. Present products effectively to customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.




  4. Sales and Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales deals. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by the company.




  5. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences in the veneer industry. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the company to support strategic decision-making.




  6. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers regarding the selection, installation, and maintenance of veneer products. Address any questions or concerns they may have about product specifications or performance.




  7. Order Processing and Logistics Coordination: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.




  8. After-Sales Support: Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns. Provide ongoing support and assistance as needed.




  9. Networking and Industry Events: Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote your company's veneer products and expand your professional network.




  10. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.




  11. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
