Job Summary

We're looking for a counter sales representative with experience in building materials, interior fit out designing.
Valid UAE license would be an added advantage.

Job Description



  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and assisting them in finding products.




  2. Product Knowledge: Have a comprehensive understanding of the products being sold, including their features, specifications, and applications. Answer customer questions and provide product recommendations as needed.




  3. Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company's sales and inventory management systems. Ensure that orders are completed in a timely manner.




  4. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products to customers based on their needs and preferences.




  5. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change to customers. Maintain cash register balances and adhere to cash handling procedures.




  6. Inventory Management: Monitor product levels on the sales floor and in the warehouse. Restock merchandise as needed to ensure availability for customers.




  7. Merchandising: Ensure that products are properly displayed and organized on the sales floor to attract customers and facilitate easy browsing.




  8. Promotions and Special Offers: Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and special offers to encourage sales and enhance customer satisfaction.




  9. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.




  10. Customer Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Work to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction while upholding company policies.




  11. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including sales associates, warehouse staff, and managers, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.




  12. Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
