Job Summary

We're looking for an Outdoor Sales Representative with expertise in Building Materials or in Interior Fit Out Designing. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Job Description



  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and visiting potential clients in the designated territory.




  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.




  3. Product Knowledge and Presentation: Have a deep understanding of the building materials being sold, including their features, benefits, and applications. Present products effectively to customers, highlighting their advantages.




  4. Sales and Negotiation: Close sales deals by negotiating terms and pricing with customers. Meet sales targets and objectives set by the company.




  5. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the company on market dynamics and customer needs.




  6. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers regarding the use and installation of building materials. Address any questions or concerns they may have.




  7. Order Processing and Documentation: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain proper documentation of sales transactions, contracts, and customer communications.




  8. After-Sales Support: Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns. Provide ongoing support as needed.




  9. Territory Management: Effectively manage the assigned sales territory, prioritizing visits and maximizing sales opportunities.




  10. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.




  11. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer feedback.




  12. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
