- Greeting guests as they arrive, offering a warm welcome, and escorting them to their tables.
- Providing menus and assisting guests with menu selections.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Communicating orders to the kitchen staff and ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
- Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Processing payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Setting and clearing tables, and ensuring that dining areas are clean and organized at all times.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service.
- Assisting in preparing dining areas for service, including arranging tables and setting up decorations.
- Following health and safety guidelines and maintaining hygiene standards in accordance with regulations.
