Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. The role will be primarily involved in customer interaction, understanding the customer requirements and showing various designs and jewellery items that suites the requirement, budget and taste of the customers.
2. Would also be involved in generating sales and achieving the monthly sales and Old Gold purchase targets.
3. Maintaining the stock, ensuring that the stocks are displayed properly and also managing the visual merchandizing.
4. Assisting the branch in-charges in stock counting, stock transfer, maintain proper inventory of the stocks and any new stock purchase.
5. Should be taking responsibility in Old Gold purchase and reinsuring with the respective in-charge before purchasing the Old Gold from the customers.
6. Deliver sales service in a professional, prompt and friendly manner.
7. Carry gold/silver, cash or other valuables from one place to another as instructed.
8. Keep safe custody of all assigned goods and valuables.
9. Keep lockers and keys in proper place and order.
10. Maintain assigned stocks and registers properly in a systematic manner.
11. Guide customers/guests etc. to their desired place-washroom, shop, office, ATM etc.
12. Opening and closing shops, offices, or any other facilities as per the scheduled time.
13. Any other duties assigned by the superior that are directly or indirectly associated with this role.
Other conditions:-
1. Should be willing to work on weekends, public holidays and retail hours.
2. This job requires the person to work in a ‘standing position’. There is no option to sit while on duty.
3. Need to work for 10-11 hours per day (excluding break hours)
4. Consumption of tea/water/snacks items are not allowed in shop.
5. Properly trimmed moustache is allowed, but not beard.
