Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager with specialized expertise in the real estate and developer
industry to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a deep understanding of the local real estate market

marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager will be instrumental in promoting our real estate projects,
driving sales, and enhancing brand visibility in the competitive Dubai market.

Job Description

. Market Analysis and Strategy:
 Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and 
customer preferences specific to the Dubai real estate market. 
 Develop data-driven marketing strategies and plans aligned with the unique needs and opportunities 
of the Dubai market. 
 Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry developments impacting the real estate sector in 
Dubai. 
2. Brand Management and Positioning:
 Define and communicate the value proposition of our real estate projects in Dubai, ensuring alignment 
with local market demands and cultural sensitivities. 
 Develop and implement brand-building strategies to differentiate our projects and enhance brand 
awareness in the Dubai market. 
 Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing collateral and communications, adhering to local 
cultural norms and preferences. 
3. Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
 Lead digital marketing efforts targeting Dubai audiences, including social media campaigns, email 
marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). 
 Optimize digital platforms and websites to enhance visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads from 
potential buyers and investors in Dubai. 
 Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas 
for improvement. 
4. Traditional Marketing and Advertising:
 Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives tailored to the Dubai market, such as print 
advertisements, outdoor signage, and direct mail campaigns. 
 Collaborate with creative agencies to develop impactful marketing materials that resonate with Dubai 
audiences and adhere to local cultural norms. 
 Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reach target audiences in Dubai. 
5. Sales Support and Lead Generation:
 Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing collateral and tools that support the sales 
process and drive conversions. 
 Generate high-quality leads through targeted marketing campaigns and activities tailored to the Dubai 
market. 
 Implement lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel and facilitate 
successful transactions. 
6. Event Management and Promotions:
 Plan and coordinate promotional events, property showcases, and networking opportunities to engage 
with potential buyers and investors in Dubai. 
 Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget allocation, 
ensuring seamless execution of marketing activities. 
 Measure the success of events and promotions through key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust 
strategies as needed to optimize results. 
7. Represent the company at industry events, showcasing expertise and leadership within the real estate 
sector. 
Qualifications: 
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. 
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles within the real estate industry, with a focus on the 
Dubai market. 
 Deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market dynamics, regulations, and cultural nuances. 
 Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive sales and 
enhance brand visibility in Dubai. 
 Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting market data and trends. 
 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. 
 Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, Google Analytics, and social 
media management tools.
