 Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to assess the viability of real estate development projects in Dubai. 
 Identify potential development opportunities and recommend strategies to maximize returns and mitigate risks. 
 Stay informed about local market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments impacting real estate projects in Dubai. 
3. Regulatory Compliance and Permitting: 
 Ensure compliance with all local regulations, zoning laws, and permitting requirements governing real estate development projects in Dubai. 
 Liaise with government authorities and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits for project execution. 
 Mitigate legal and regulatory risks by maintaining a thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations applicable to real estate development in Dubai. 
4. Budgeting and Cost Management: 
 Develop project budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor expenditures to ensure projects remain within budget constraints. 
 Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to optimize project costs. 
 Implement effective cost control measures to mitigate budget overruns and minimize financial risks associated with real estate development in Dubai. 
5. Quality Assurance and Risk Management:

Qualifications: 
 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development roles, with a focus on project management and execution in Dubai. 
 Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market dynamics, regulations, and permitting processes. 
 Proven track record of successfully managing real estate development projects from conception to completion. 
 Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. 
 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
