Ø Key deliverables:
o The candidate will be directly involved in sourcing commodities like sugar, rice, cocoa powder, flour, pulses etc.
o Provide leadership to the Dubai Sales Team and Warehouse operations.
o To ensure that overall sales values, collection & other targets are met.
Ø Key responsibilities area:
o Lead the UAE Sales Team during the negotiations with key Customers.
o Sourcing of sugar for Dubai & Oman and other commodities for trading in the UAE.
Ø People development: Ensure skills & capability enhancement of Sales Team by gap
identification, coaching & training.
Ø Implement Score Cards, MIS and bench-marking for the UAE team.
Ø Job Specification :
o Good communication & negotiation skills
o Ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders & customers in an effective professional manner.
o Good conceptual, planning & execution skills.
o Ability to develop the business by bringing sub-channel & key accounts focus.
o Well developed computer skills.
o Exposure to SAP environment.
Ø Qualification & Experience:
o Graduate with atleast 10 years experience with 5 years in Agro – Commodity (based in UAE).
o MBA in Sales & Marketing would be added to the qualification.
Ø Having a valid UAE driving licence.
