Job Description

Responsibilities- 


·       Supporting the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to meet business objectives.


·       Conduct market research and analysis to keep on the pulse of trends, consumer preferences and competition.


·       Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.


·       Assist the team in campaign conceptualization and implementation on ground.


·       Assist with creative plans for marketing shoot and execution.


·       Maintain strong social media presence by supporting platform strategy, activities, and content calendar generation.


·       Oversee the creation and implementation of creative design concepts for marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.


·       Create marketing collaterals like catalogues, stories, posts, in-store communication designs.


·       Oversee the production of promotional material such as flyers, brochures, and adverts.


·       Create weekly reports to ensure smooth and timely functioning of tasks and showcase growth results.


·       Co-ordinate with PR agency for all aspects of public relations, including media relations, press releases, and event coordination, to increase brand visibility and maintain positive relationships with media outlets.


·       Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising, to increase brand awareness and drive online traffic.


·       Assist with maintaining a healthy website and e-commerce presence with regular checks and updates on the website.


·       Assist the team in maintaining aggregator relationships and executing potential marketing campaigns.


·       Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement and achieve marketing goals.


·       Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies, suppliers, and industry influencers, to leverage partnerships and enhance marketing efforts.


·       Manage budgets and assist to allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
