GroupL is currently recruiting for the subject role with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business setup, company formation, PRO functions etc.

• Knowledge of mainland, freezones, ICC companies.


•  Knowledge of foreign jurisdictions will be an advantage.


•  Working knowledge of corporate secretarial, accounting, tax compliance, application for work permits, golden visas etc.


•  Excellent communications skills (oral and written)


• Job Description:


• The main duties will include: Generate new sales leads Marketing and promoting the services of the company / group to potential clients Forecasting sales and formulation of sales and expansion strategy Engaging in discussions with potential clients Securing new clients and structures taking into account of the risk appetite of the company and the group Collecting CDD documents on clients


•  Preparation and submission of applications Maintaining an excellent relationship with authorities, banks and other financial institutions / service providers.


•  Ensuring that bank accounts are opened promptly Assisting clients to obtain / renew visas and permits Preparing flyers, technical papers for distribution to existing clients / potential clients General administration and ancillary work
