KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Sorting
Sorts soiled linen according to classifications and color.
Washing
 Operates and understand the processing of various laundering machines.
Knows and understand the proper usage of laundering chemicals
Finishing
 Performs Finishing section’s work such as receiving & sorting washed linen.
 Operates and work on different types of Finishing machineries such as Flatwork ironers, folding
machines and other machineries required in processing washed items.
 Perform other Finishing work such as final sorting, bundling, manual folding and packaging, and
all other Finishing related work
Quality
 Comply on all Quality Assurance policies by ensuring all items processed are of high quality
standard and accurate in counts.
 Ensure to report quality issues to your immediate head.
Logistics
 Perform logistics’ job in assisting deliveries in different clients’ locations.
 Ensure to be properly groomed all the time most particularly when dealing with clients
 Ensure the accuracy of counts and documentations during pick-ups and deliveries
 Communicate all inquiries and issues raised by clients to respective production heads or accounts’
handlers.
Health and Safety
 Ensure compliance to all Health and Safety policies
 Reports any Health and Safety hazards to immediate head
Others
 Perform other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time
 Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000
international standards and executes all responsibilities according to the department work
procedures while reflecting EKFC’s Quality Policy.
