Promote Golf bookings with all market segments and increase productivity thereby reaching
targets
Ensure customer satisfaction by on-time response
1. Main Duties:

Ability to handle queries for groups and individuals and quote as per customers’
requirements

Operations
Meet requirements of customers from all market segments under his/her responsibilities
and provide “just in time” delivery of services.
Coordinate with the golf clubs with regards to bookings and status/requirements
associated with it.
Follow up on billings for clients both overseas and local bookings.
Coordinate with the accounts department regarding payments done by credit card, bank
transfers and cash/cheque.
Together with Department Supervisor, work on developing standard operating
procedures in line with company’s standards.
Ensure sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
Initiate excellent rapport with the Reservations Team of all golf clubs.
Must be capable of doing Month end reports and No show reports.
Monitor all online reservations for public, contracted agents and any other market
segment introduced.
2. Ancillary Duties:
In line with the Club’s strive for continuous improvement, you may be requested to participate in
various extra activities contributing towards individuals and organizational growth.
Represent the department or a group in various committees, such as the Staff Committee, Green
Theme (environmental), Food Committee, Sport Committee or projects. Be trained as a Fire
Marshall or First Aider.
3. Quality Responsibilities:
Aware of Dubai Golf Mission, Vision and Values. Will be responsible to apply the 4 Service Steps
throughout serving internal and external customers.
4. IT Security Awareness:
a) Read, Understand and comply with all applicable Information Security Policies and Procedures
of wasl DG.
b) Co-operate, co-ordinate and share information with Internal/External Audit teams as
appropriate and applicable.
c) Attend Information Security Awareness sessions conducted by the wasl IT Department.
d) All Information Security breaches, events, weaknesses, incidents (actual or suspected breaches)
shall be immediately reported to the IT Service Desk.
