Warehouse Supervisor [5 Positions]
Job Summary
• Examine and inspect cartoons, outers, boxes, or products to ensure that packing specifications are met while receiving and delivering to the branches.
• Examine and make sure goods received are according to the shared LPO and goods dispatched according to GRN.
• Make sure all products are arranged according to the category merchandising i.e. separate for foods and non-food as well as by category.
• Inform warehouse manager of any expired products of the supplier while goods received.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Pulls and packs products based on daily orders.
• Keeps products separated, organized and to follow as FIFO.
• Identify and dispose of defective items.
• Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools, glues, nails, padding, etc.
• Keep complete records of all materials that go through the warehouse.
• To make sure expired are not kept in the selling area of warehouse.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Also helps other colleagues and supervisor in other areas of the assigned areas when required.
• Any other task to be performed per the direction of the line manager and the senior management.
