Scope of Role: To provide assistance in collecting delivery orders, invoice submissions, assisting in visiting local ministries for the tender and relationship-building

Job Purpose:

• To provide assistance in collecting delivery orders, invoice submissions, assisting in visiting local ministries for the tender and relationship-building


• To achieve assigned targets as per given KRA’s


• Work with the Team for the timely completion of the assigned task


• Actively contribute to the improvement of work practices, company policies and training programs in the department and related areas

Qualification:

• Graduate or equivalent


• Good communication skills


• Min 0-3 years’ experience in Jeddah- KSA market


• Ability to work under pressure


• Strong team player who is able to work within the team whilst, at the same time, able to work independently to deliver quality output.


• Sound Knowledge of Computer skills


• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills


• Problem-solving and decision-making skills


• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the work environment


• Building collaborative relationships


• Practice and internalizing the business values & ethics

Main Task: 

• Establish daily communication with different stakeholders (Port authorities, etc.)


• Ensure work is undertaken in 100% Safe manner in compliance with company HSSE


• Required to work in any location as per HO procedures


• Manage archiving of completed shipment files and maintain record keeping.
