• 8+ years of demonstrated technical experience in automotive industry, 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory role of a technical team with extensive use of risk management, problem solving, decision making, and project management skills and demonstrated experience with effective communication and leading teams
Design Expertise: Experienced in SolidWorks simulation, fatigue analysis, and load calculation verification.
• Heavy-Duty Truck Design: Expertise in the design of heavy-duty trucks.
• Team Management: Manage the Design Team, distribute design activities as per workload.
• Project Fulfilment: Ensure that key projects and engineering duties are completed on time and within specifications.
• Problem Solving: Address any engineering issues that arise during a project.
• Training and Collaboration: Answer technical questions, train new employees, and collaborate with various departments.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare reports on the progress of projects.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any problems or concerns that arise in the design process.
