Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required. Completion of an early childhood education assistant certificate program or post-secondary courses in early childhood education are a strong asset.

Personal suitability: Punctuality, Dependability Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral and written communication, Flexibility, Interpersonal awareness, Judgement, Reliability, Team player, Values and ethics
