We are seeking to recruit an experienced Viewpoint & Fieldview Coordinator to join our growing IT department.
Working within the IT Team, the Viewpoint & Fieldview Coordinator will help maximise the Company's investment in existing and new IT systems by delivering training, providing advice, and coordinating project configuration and roll-out.
In addition as Viewpoint & Fieldview Coordinator you will be responsible for the following:
Provide general user training for our core business systems, with particular focus on Viewpoint (4Projects) and Fieldview platforms, CEMAR, and bespoke applications such as our in-house CRM and contract management systems
Involvement with working groups supporting the development and roll out of new features and systems, ensuring they meet business needs
Managing Viewpoint and Fieldview set-up and configuration, project calibration, creation of mobile forms etc as new projects come on stream
Conduct IT Inductions for new starts and ensure staff have the right access for their specific role
Provide general training for Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams, and providing ad-hoc "how to" assistance to colleagues in the use of these applications
Carry out site visits to train new staff, support existing staff, and demonstrate systems to external client / design teams
Creation of learning support materials, user guides and "how to" documentation
The Viewpoint & Fieldview Coordinator role is a great opportunity to get involved and help ensure the success of our systems, and would be well suited to a Senior Document Controller or Construction Administrator looking for the next step in their career.
Experience within the construction industry is preferred but not essential.
