Classify degree of mobility of customers (WCHR,WCHS,WCHC); • Ensure Customer Service Standards are adhered to: i.e. grooming standards, introduce yourself and address the customer by name, hand over survey and bid farewell; • Handle wheel chair procedures in accordance to departure; • Ensure safety aspects are adhered to at all times; • Display confidence, best conduct and behavior, and a can do attitude; • Ensure customer feedback is forwarded to respective Team Leader, as well as any issues and observations are highlighted on a daily basis;
Receive and allocate tasks by PDA and DNATA;. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of all areas of Dubai Airport Terminals; • Ensure that lock in and lock out is done using biometrics.
